My brother moved into Knollwood Pointe Assisted Living. He needed the memory care and there are only a couple of places in Mobile, so that's why we chose this one. His apartment is fine. It's nice. The staff was very good with him. He's having a little bit of a time adjusting, but they're really helping him. The facility seemed to be very nice. Of course he's only been there a few days, so I don't know about a whole lot of it. I've been there when he's eating and it is very good. They even brought me a plate when we moved in. It was very good.

We toured Knollwood Pointe Assisted Living. The people were friendly. They seemed very anxious to please. They seemed nice to the people who lived there, which is what I liked best about it. However, it was small, and it seemed very confined. They had the same game rooms and activities that they had at the other community. The thing I liked least was that it was very dirty. The carpet was really dirty. It certainly was not what we needed. We don't need the kind of care that they give, and the place was smaller. The apartment was even smaller than the one at the other place.

I really liked the memory care unit of Knollwood Pointe Assisted Living. I really like their common area and their dining room in the memory care. They were separate areas and I really liked that. What I didn't like was that the semi-private room was one big bedroom with two beds in it. There wasn't any privacy at all in there. I saw very attentive and very friendly staff. They have a salon and it looked very clean.

My mom is a resident of Knollwood Pointe. It is a very nice facility. They're very well taken care of there. Everything is nice and clean. The staff are all pleasant. The room is very nice and very well suited for my mother's care. They have a community living room where they all sit and watch TV and then they have events to keep them active, plus they have activities. It's a good facility. The staff have all been very kind. I have not tried the food but from what I can tell, they have a good chef in there and it appears to be a very clean dining facility.

I was impressed with Knollwood Pointe Assisted Living. I like the people there. They're so friendly and nice. That is a good place. I even talked to some of the people that were living there, and I was impressed. They were well taken care of. I like everything about it. The staff was awesome. The rooms were nice. You go in and fix it how you want to for your people, and it was nice. As far as activities, the day that we were there viewing, they were taking some of the ladies to Felix's Fish Camp for lunch, and I thought that was pretty awesome.

Knollwood Pointe was a small facility, but a lot of the residents were out in the halls. They were active, bright-eyed, and wanted to carry on conversations. Morale seemed high there with the residents and the staff. It's an excellent facility. I didn't see anything that needed improvement there. I was only there for 30 minutes or so but it was a very open, welcoming feeling facility.

My mom is staying at Knollwood Pointe for memory care. My overall experience is positive and she is adjusting well. Due to Covid, access to the facility is limited right now. However, the accommodations are good and the assistance is excellent, so I have no concerns at this point. They have a whole calendar of activities that they mapped out at least a month in advance. It's also a newer facility.

Concerned that if the residents don’t have the proper expensive soap that is allowed to wash their hands that they go without. It has to be expensive natural soap.Regular handsoap not allowed. Also, no bar soap or toothpaste allowed out in the bathrooms as they say residents walk in the rooms and eat these items and toothpaste. Why should other residents be penalized for that? I think their is also a problem with theft. I have found clothes missing and unaccounted for. Everyone seemed nice and helpful and my mother seems to like the food. Always, hope things are going well as no one can visit right now. Hope all precautions are being taken.

I'm very impressed with Knollwood Pointe. It is very nice and the staff members are very informative. They even asked what my father-in-law likes to eat and we told them. The rooms are very nice, too. The place is a little bit smaller than the other community, but we like that. It is also very close to our home and my father-in-law's home. The distance is very good for us. They have a dining room, an activity room, and a reading room. They take the residents out maybe once or twice a month for dinner, they take them to the doctor if they need be, and they have physical therapists. The staff is great, too. This place is very nice, very clean, and very attractive. They have a courtyard as well.

My family is extremely happy in Knollwood Pointe, it's just wonderful. They have a little living room, a small kitchen type area, and a bedroom. They have excellent care, and they take good care of my family member. She has to have nursing care and they are wonderful. They feed the residents well and they also have areas where they can go outside, walk around, and get some exercise. It's just very nice. If she has to call somebody in the middle of the night, she has a call button that she wears all the time, and somebody come if help is needed. They also have a memory unit so that when the time comes, they won't have to move to another community. We had dinner there and it was really nice, and the food was wonderful. They have activities and take them on outings, they are very oriented with the residents, and help them get a good quality of life.

I visited Knollwood Pointe. We saw their 1-bedroom apartment and it was better than the other community we visited. They're also building and preparing a memory care unit. We went to the dining room and the meals seemed to be fine, and the housekeeping seemed to be great as well. Everybody was very friendly, and the person who gave us the tour was very informative.

I had been to Knollwood Pointe several times with my therapy dog. I thought that it was very nice. The director was very helpful. Their dining room was nice. The grounds were really nice. If I was going into assisted living, I thought I might go there. The location was very convenient to me. It seemed to be a very good place. I really liked the director. She was very nice.

We just went over for a visit to Knollwood Pointe, and we were very impressed. We enjoyed it, and my husband's step dad was very impressed with it. The nurses and the staff were all nice. We didn't have any food, but it smelled delicious. We would have gone to that except for convenience because the other facility was ten minutes closer. We looked at both the studio and the one-bedroom. Both had really nice views and a convenient setup for him to get around. They were all very clean, and I'm sure we would have been just as happy there. It seems like a hometown because everybody spoke to everybody when the residents pass by. They all knew their names, and it seems very friendly.
