Pauline's Place Adult Day Care is located along historic Interstate 66 in Saint Louis, MO. Its location on the famous road provides seniors convenient access to a wide range of dining and shopping opportunities and many interesting entertainment venues and city parks. An adult day care center, Pauline's Place provides a safe and locked location for seniors to socialize and engage in activities. A registered nurse and a certified nursing assistant with several years of combined senior care experience are on staff. A licensed massage therapist is available twice weekly, and nail care and foot care are also provided. The building is fully wheelchair accessible. A professional bus driver provides front-door pick up and drop off transportation services. Weekly outings and activities are chosen by the seniors as a group, and Bible studies are available for those who wish to practice their faith. Partnerships with nonprofit agencies allow seniors to engage in intergenerational programs and interact with youth in the community.

As members of our community, we reach out from our hubs to provide services to our community, developing PROJECTS which meet the needs and wants of our customers while supporting our customers in supporting their community. Operating from each customer's person centered plan, PROJECTS are identified (or created) which will meet the needs and wants of the individual. To encourage team work, the support team will work with the individual in identifying other customers who might be interested in the same PROJECTS and will support that individual in coordinating a team.
