They have helped the most by being flexible, responsive and very accommodating to our needs. I like that they provide excellent care to my mother, and they are really flexible with the scheduling.

I just think that they are dependable and I don't have to worry about if they are going to show up. I think that the pricing is the main thing. That is it.

The agency has made my experience positive by always having someone here with my dad. I like that they are reliable, responsible, and on time. If there's a change, I'm notified ASAP through email.

She just does little things around the house like changing beds, keeping up with the dishes, and sitting down with my dad. We really like the girl who came out. Her name is Misty. I feel like she cares about Misty and we appreciate having her.

They are really good and nice. I think having someone there with my grandfather who talks and listens to him, which he enjoys. I would like to see better training with the staff. It's important to have friendly care and people who are going to look out for your loved one. At least with enough concern that if there are questions they know to call, which they do. I appreciate that they call immediately if there is something wrong.

My mother is healthier because of the care that she's getting. She is able to be more aware of what's going on and she gets regular meals now. It helps take the burden off so my mom gets care, and they genuinely care about her. I met with several companies prior to starting with Visiting Angels, and we feel that we found a company that loves her as much as we do.

It's very helpful to have someone come. I like that they help me with meals if I need it. I like that they come visit me and take care of what they are supposed to. They are very good and kind. I never have to say anything that they have to redo.

He has been a real help to my husband, and most of the angels have been. The angel we have now is excellent, and some of the other angels have had quirks. The last three that we have had have been excellent girls. 98% of the time, he and his angel get along together. She can deal with his weird jokes and explain things to him.

Top notch. Well worth the cost. Punctual. Flexible. Angela F. is a superior employee; not only cleaning, but organizing. A few sensible rules to follow. I am the client and would place a family member with Visiiting Angels in a heartbeat. I keep thinking a little angel pin would look cute on tjheir collar. I also tease them about being a "Blue Angel" cause they move so quickly.

They bailed on the primary caregiver to my grandmother because "too many people" were telling them different things. It was my mother (PCG), uncle and aunt. Mom said she still needed them who lives with grandma but the other two parties said otherwise. The other two do not have an iota of enough contact to make that decision on behalf of my grandma but my uncle is the power of attorney. Don't use them unless there is one source of contact. One dropped her, one fell asleep while on the clock and grandma couldn't wake her up (which i understand night shifts suck but I would've been immediately terminated from my job if I fell asleep while on the job), and another fed her while she was laying down. They bailed last minute several times on my mother who had to cancel her plans. But when they do show up it's on time.

I found myself, a week and a half ago, in need of someone to stay with my mother overnight after she had been released from the hospital with a possible concussion. As I live an 8-hour drive away from her, I was in a panic over what I could do when someone suggested Visiting Angels. I called and within two hours a caregiver was able to stay with my mother from 8 PM to 8 AM. What a Godsend. Special thanks to Kelly and Jessica!

I chose to hire the services of Visiting Angels because I wanted to make sure that there was some one to accompany my mom in the afternoon. Good thing they were able to send a caregiver immediately. The caregiver made sure she ate lunch and dinner, as well as cleaned the bedroom and bathroom. She was comfortable with the caregiver.
