They help my husband get out of the house and exercise. I like the staff, and the caregivers seem friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife and I were doing everything before, and Synergy doing it now has made a huge difference in our lives. I would recommend this agency because Synergy was able to provide the care we needed quickly.

The provider allowed me to continue to have a life. The agency was responsive and made an effort to find a caregiver for our scheduling and closer to us.

She was recovering from surgery, they were helping her with her activities and daily living. The staff was very competent, they were compassionate, they were good communicators, they were reliable, and professional.

I've had a handful of caregivers that I didn't like, many I did like, and some were in the middle. When the main caregiver can't come, they can have replacements.

They could improve the quality of service regarding some of the caregivers we've been given. They could improve the consistency of caregivers.

When I have my regular caregiver, it is excellent. She anticipates my needs. Some of the substitutes have been bad. They are responsive.

They took me to my medical appointments. The services were great, but they still owe me a couple of hundred dollars and I cannot get a hold of them.

They could just keep doing what they are doing. She washes her hair. I like that they sent out a really nice lady, mom really likes her.

I think the service is essential. I like the consistency of care and their willingness to swap a caregiver is someone new doesn't out.

We used Synergy Homecare for my parents. It was great and they were helpful. They came out and did a concise but effective evaluation and they were able to provide someone within less than a week to get started. They do care, so they come in and help with the bathing, nutrition, and just making sure that they get settled for the night. The billing seemed professional. They require you to pay upfront, so you prepay. They are a little more expensive than the other home health care we have right now, but it was OK because we needed a window of time.

I chose Synergy to care for my mother with Alzheimer's. She was in the final stages and becoming difficult for us as family. Synergy Admin and Care giving staff was kind and compassionate. Stepping right in and working wonders with my mother. The respect and consideration shown to mom and the family alike, was beyond our expectations. I HIGHLY recommend Synergy Vancouver to anyone in need of assistance.

Synergy Homecare kept giving me all young ones that know nothing and didn't want to do anything. The caregivers just upset me. They wouldn't do anything but text message all the time. They even embarrassed me in my doctor's office. They went in the office with me and had their cellphones on. The agency didn't do anything about it. Their coordinator even came out to my house and told the girl in front of me that I had to have rehab. But then the next day she didn't come back. It wasn't the coordinator's fault. The agency just won't do anything about her.
