They gave me a refrigerator magnet with their telephone so I could call them anytime. When the time came, they responded rapidly. When I called to say I needed their help because I thought he was passing, they were here within twenty minutes. They listened to what you had to say, and they'll provide support to the surviving spouse for a year after the death. Before he died, they provided the medication and equipment. In the beginning they filled the pill containers, gave directions about the medication, they provided support of the clergy and a social worker. They also provided an emergency kit and pain relief. They provided bed pads and bedside supplies. When he died, they also called everyone I asked them to, so I didn't have to repeat the details over and over. They just did everything, it was just unreal. I just can't say enough good about them, their services were better than I've ever had. And I'll probably take them up on the offer for the grief support too.
