They will write that the meals are in the freezer. They will log that they played a game with them, and got breakfast and lunch prepped. That way the other caregiver will know if they should vacuum the floors, clean the bathroom, mop, and sanitize. They are very easy to work with. They are able to email back and forth well. I am able to speak to the coordinators and schedulers. They are very kind.

Starting in November I started making my own monthly schedule. They used to be aces when I first started, but I have had to make up my own monthly schedule to just make sure I get all the hours I need. I referred 3 other clients in my building but I wouldn't now.

It is helpful for my grandma. She is one-hundred and five, so it is a new face she can talk about the day to. They are all friendly, have knowledge, and their response is excellent.

I am handicapped, so I can't get in and help her with her shower like she needs. It has been very helpful for us. I really like the aide that my mom has because she is friendly, and I like the substitute that comes when our regular aide can't. They are both great.

I have Parkinson's and you don't know what to expect from day to day. The person that is coming needs to know what the situation is. If I do, I would explain that you guys have trouble billing the hours.

They give me time out and a break. They take good care and do what I ask. They work really well with me and fill my needs. The caregivers are on time. She's friendly and good for my daughter.

I don't call the office unless I need something. They are accommodating and wonderful to work with. They're personnel are pretty well-trained. Most of them have a CNA license, and they are prompt and caring about the client. Most are willing to see and find things to do.

They help me get through my household duties. My caregiver is wonderful. I went through so many of the others because they aren't really qualified to do the job. I had a stroke three years ago, and it messed up my brain, and anything with change stresses me out. I was with another care facility, and my daughter thought I needed someone five days a week. Someone said that I could have the same person five days a week with Family Home Care, and that really affected me. As time went on, I decided that it wasn't working, so I would want to get three days a week instead. I got a girl, and it was going well, then the other day, they told me that I can't have her on Mondays, and they offered another person at different times that wouldn't work. I broke my back a year ago, and I have to have someone. I'm trying to think about how I can handle this.
