I travel a lot for work, and they are there for my husband. He needs the help. They are involved in the care. The manager came in and assessed the home. They provide replacement caregivers.

To make my experience positive, the agency has been receptive and they make my dad feel comfortable with having them there. I've been able to work at my own job without worry for him. I would tell a friend that they take really good care of my dad.

Nick and his staff are great! They took care of my mom. They assisted her in shower and prepared food for her. They improved her overrall quality of life. We will use them again incase we need them in the future

Home Care Service. They are located in Spokane Washington. I receive wonderful care from them. My personal care giver helps me in many ways being a disabled veteran. I would recommend them to anyone who needs home care service.

Nick and his staff were outstanding. We had a rapid discharge from the rehab facility and RAH Spokane was a great help. They were the only company in the area that could start as quickly as we needed. The care providers were caring, compassionate and well trained. We highly recommend them and would work with them again in the future when needed.

For me, it's been good because it helps me with my father when we have had a committed caregiver. He really likes his current caregiver, they are well-matched. I know they have no control of a lot of it, but if we could stay with one caregiver. Initially we did, but then it's been all over the place.

I used your service after I had received surgery for Breast Cancer. I can't thank you enough for the very personal services I received from your Caregivers. I had one main Caregiver who was wonderful, always on time and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about how helpful and caring and very knowledgeable about my needs. I could always count on her and if she wasn't available she always made sure her replacement was informed and knowledgeable about my needs. They never let me down and always had me covered, no matter how last minute my needs were. It was very important to me to know that someone was alway available to cover my needs. I can't say enough about how helpful and caring they always were. There aren't words to explain how much they helped me and I just wanted to say thank you again for all the kindness and care I received.

The owner of Right at Home was here to see me on Wednesday for just a six-month check to see how everything is. I have only good things to say about Right at Home. They have excellent caregivers and they have never let me down. They listen to my needs and fill them. I'm very pleased with them. They are punctual and well trained when they come here. They provide what I need. They come and get me out of bed in the morning, make my breakfast, clean the house, catch up on laundry, and things like that. They come again in the evening to put me to bed. Sometimes, they're here in the afternoon to help me in the bathroom. In between times when they are not actually helping me, they are cleaning, washing clothes and preparing meals. Somebody is here to make my breakfast every morning. I'm completely satisfied with Right at Home. All the girls are extremely nice. Right at Home works to make everything fit in with what I need. Excellent communication. It's perfect. I haven't had any problems. I have no problem with communication. I like the way their billing is. Their billing is excellent. They charge me for all the minutes that they're here. They don't overcharge. It's well organized. The girls check in first thing when they get here and they check in with the agency again when they leave. Everything is verified. I have no problem recommending them.
