We were happy with the caregiver, he was happy with the caregiver, and that was the most important thing to me. The care that we got was really well.

My husband is in bed all day and there isn't much that they can do. I like that they are timely.

My mother is a tough person to deal with and has just recently allowed the caregiver to do things finally. It helps that my mother doesn't tire out easily now. The office staff is very efficient. They did a great job meeting the needs for my mother.

The provider has helped me the most by getting my dad back on his feet after a major surgery. I like that they're responsive, they have qualified caregivers, professionalism in every respect, and I can call them at any time and someone answers.

They do things for me and talking to me. They will watch TV with me. Most of all they help me with house duties. They are very nice people. They are understanding.

They find someone for us if someone cannot show up. We had a problem with the caregivers not showing up.

The biggest problem is transportation in the home. We depend on Visiting Angels for transportation. They are responsive to requests. They find replacement staff when someone can't make it. My parents are satisfied with the care they are getting.
