They were great. It is wonderful that they did his care but they could have done some of the exercises like using our dumbbells. If we needed them we would call them again. I suggested certain things that could be done with my husband when I was away but he never got out of his chair. He had little exercises that he was supposed to do every day. She likes the person a lot and helps me a lot too. The chemistry works very well with my wife and the caregivers.

I don't have to worry about her. They appear to have enough staff to keep all of the shifts filled for my mother. They worked quickly to find a replacement. I like the online access to the schedule of caregivers and the ability to see their checklists for the tasks that are done on each shift.

I woke up one morning and couldn't walk and I called Lori and even though it was the weekend, she showed up with someone new who never left. They were always there regardless of anything. They would be there. If someone couldn't show, they got someone else to come out.

She will do laundry, clean the kitchen, and come up behind me and finish things that I wasn't able to finish without me having to ask. The caregivers as a whole are easy to be around and know what they're doing. Every once in a while, I'll get someone young who I need to train a little, but they're willing to work.

I couldn't put any weight on my foot until I saw the surgeon, and I was very thankful to have him. They took me down to see my surgeon. The driver did an excellent job. He got me there on time, and I asked him to go in to the doctor with me.

They are able to bring her out when the family is not able to. They are very friendly, professional, and punctual.

They made sure she ate. I forgot to emphasize the exercise that she needed. That should have been the focus. My mom only had caregivers for 30 minutes 5 days a week. At one point, it was 5 different people, and she had mild dementia. They were nice. We wish that we could get that down to two caregivers.

They try to be really helpful. They get me ready for bed. They do it in a timely way and very comfortable. There are one or two that occasionally have problems with the pains in my legs. Most of them are really careful. They keep asking me how I am and evaluate my needs. I have a good time talking to them. I like talking to young people. I like that they are interesting people. Most are caring and take care of me. Most of them know exactly what to do without me having to tell them too much.

I called them a family that I wish I had. Laurie is her case manager. I called Sharon. They are so responsive to our needs. Laurie is really special. This is my second go-around with Right at Home. I've had several different caregivers because my mom's needs keep changing. We have seen a lot of different caregivers. There was only one that wasn't good.

She enjoys it, she talks there ear off. We don't have to be on a weekly basis, we can just call and find out if they are available for the date we need.
