I don't ever make reviews but I will for this company. When something happens and a caregiver can't show up, your office finds a solution. I want to thank Angela for really being there for us when I thought things were really going to fall backwards. She will talk to me directly and is so professional and so fun to talk too, what can I say, we love her. She has helped me not stress out about my mom. I know that this is the right agency because this company takes the responsibility, they really do care, and I have to say that Angela and her staff are the real deal. So thanks.

This agency sent a rep to the rehab center my dad was at for a meeting on the 8th of july with my mom and I for care as my dad was being released home on the 13th .. After discussing our concerns we set up schedules for care and told everything would be good and a lady lived in Burbank who could handle everything. This agency never showed up on their 1st or 2nd day to report 11 days later or called and when I called was told we decided not to pick your dad up as a client and we called the center he used to be at to tell them. Why did you not call the customer directly instead of leaving them in the dark... Not a good 1st impression.

My mom has been using Family Home Care & Hospice. Sometimes if they don’t show up, they don’t communicate with her that they can't find somebody for the day, so she has to call them. It is a little tough sometimes. As far as the caregivers who they provide, she is comfortable with them. They help her with her shower and remind her to take her medication. They are only there for 1½ hours a day, three days a week. They need to improve on their communication.

We just love Family Home Care. Everybody they sent was great. We have no complaints and we were thrilled to have them. We could not have made it through the last six or seven months. My husband and myself are trying to do it 24/7, and it was just way too much. So it was great that we were able to get my dad ready to eat food again instead of just being tube fed, and he was able to go into assisted living instead of having to go to a nursing care. We loved every caregiver they sent. Danica, who worked on weekends, was really great and so good with my dad. Sometimes he doesn't respond that well to women, but he definitely respond well to her because she's kind of not mean but just tough, "You're going to have a shower". She doesn’t ask. She was just excellent. Naomi wasn't quite as much as get up and look around and see what to do, but when I talked to her about it she tried a lot harder. They were great with my dad. We were so appreciative. Jared came out and talked to my parents did a really good job, too. He was really personable. It was such a blessing to have them.

I love both Monique and Tiffany from Family Home Care who takes care of my mother. They're fabulous. My mom knows both by name and recognizes them. They pay lots of attention to her and don't just basically sit there. They interact with her which I love because some of the others did not. They help her shower, feed her and give her medication in the morning. The schedule seems pretty good. There are just a couple of hiccups on a holiday or if we needed additional hours but other than that it’s been great.

I have 2 caregivers from Family Home. I have them everyday for 4 hours. The caregivers have been doing good in taking care of me. They do what I ask and I have no problem with them. It takes a long time to get hold of someone every time I call the office. This is really something that they should improve on.

I've had a very positive experience with Family Home Care. They’ve been very responsive to all of my concerns. I think they do a very good job. The caregivers are very professional. They help my dad with his daily needs without making him feel like an incapacitated person.

The caregivers from Family Home Care are very good and very caring towards my mom. They comfort her and treats her well. There were times that I can’t get through when I call the office. They seemed busy but when I get though, they always attend to my questions. Overall, I’m happy with Family Home Care.

Our experience with Family Home Care has been very pleasant. For the most part, the caregivers are excellent. Our caregiver right now is Aubrey and she’s doing a great job. She’s very caring and attentive. We appreciate the help we’ve gotten, a lot.

I met the person from At Home care that’s going to be caring for dad for the most hours at a week, dad likes them, and we had that moving in that other people working. They give me a lot of information, and they talked about what dad preferred for certain things, and they incorporated him in the conversation, which I really appreciate. We’re keeping in contact to make sure everything is good.
