They can't make my life any easier. They do a lot of things for me. They are good at bathing me.

Otherwise I wouldn't get out of the house. I just know the agent that comes every week and she is always available and pleasant. She knows my likes and dislikes. She is available if I need to change my schedule.

They prepare her food and help her get dressed. They pay attention.

My mom was in hospice and they helped her take more steps and be more communicative. They could improve communication from the office. I am not informed enough about what is going on. We don't have the right coverage. People show up late.

They could have provided better service and not just sat there and visited with me. They said they could only do housekeeping in one room. I asked her to do some vacuuming and said she would do it on Friday but then called in sick on Friday.

The aide was really good, the agency was not. They did medication reminders and meals for her. From the beginning, there were problems with communication. I was not always made aware of new providers.

The work they get done is very helpful. They provide transportation to the store and doctor. They are on time, and they work.

They give the service that they are supposed to give, and they hire the right people. There is always room for improvement. They are responsive when I need something, and the workers are good.

They have been here to help my husband. He has been diagnosed with frontal temporal lobe Alzheimer's. The only way I was able to keep him at home was with Home Helpers. I had other companies that I worked with, but they were not able to find a caregiver that could care for him because he was very active. They were able to continue to work with me and meet all my responsibilities because I have a child at home. I receive service as well, but I originally started because of my husband. It's primarily because of the caregivers that I've had. Particularly one of them has been absolutely fabulous.

She is there when I need her, she makes me laugh, and is a wonderful girl. I like how I have wonderful aide. She helps me and is excellent.

It helps me have more free time. I don't have to be with my mother all the time. We were first introduced to them in 2006 and used them for my dad, and now we have switched to my mom. We have a history. They are dependable.

The ones that I have had did what they are supposed to do. They can't provide any backup. If I need them here every day and someone's sick, they can't send substitutes.

The caregivers we had were definitely wonderful! The services they provided allowed my mother to continue to live in our home, which gave me peace of mind to know she was being taken care of while I was at work. The company was great! They are easy to work with and talk to, they had wonderful caregivers, and I just loved the staff in the office.

They quality of life for our family and for myself has increased. I don't have time to do those things on my own, so their help is greatly appreciated. I like Tammy, my caregiver. She is the reason I like the company so much!

They have the ability to cover the times I need to be away. They have been pretty flexible in the times and dates that we need coverage. I do not have a consistent schedule but it is just whenever I need them and they have been flexible and have pretty much been able to cover it.

I would recommend Home Helpers because I like the nurse that comes to my mother's house. Having Home Helpers helps my mother considerably. She really needs the services and they take a load off of my dad.
