Cozy Home Care is licensed Home Care Organization In the State of Virginia. We serve the Southside of Hampton Roads. Cozy Home Care was established in 2012 and is locally owned and operated.
Our mission is to provide quality personal care and assistance at affordable rates to the elderly and disabled residents of our community, in a professional, courteous and hassle-free manner. Cozy Home Care has many competitive advantages over our competition. Cozy Home Care's staff is comprised 100% of licensed Nurses and Nurse Aides, including the owner and administrative staff. Cozy Home Care does not have contracts that lock you into specific amounts of time, you may begin care and cancel as needed without financial penalty. Cozy Home Care operates 24/7 & 365 days per year. All care plans and schedules are personalized to fit individual needs. Our shifts range from a 2 hour minimum up to 24 hour coverage. You also have the opportunity to meet caregiver(s) prior to services beginning to ensure compatibility and to ensure the caregiver is familiar with the location and specific care they are expected to perform. Cozy Home Care is purposefully a small business. The owner wants to and does know every client, their family and/or any other parties involved in our clients care. The owner personally screens and hires all personnel. Our vetting standards are high, and actually above what the state mandates.
