This company is NOt RELiABLE and their Office is not honest. Parents are late 80’s and care is to be provided 4 days a week paid by VA. The girls don’t show and they don’t call to inform and when I called today they said the girl was running late but would be there. No warning ahead of time and no follow up to let us know she wouldn’t be coming to their home. Think twice because they are NOT reliable

This company ensures that they provide the best communication and honesty to their clients. Mr. Boone, the administrator, is compassionate and responsive and ensures that any issues that may arise are taken care of. The care team, like most, might have an occasional call out but the on call support ensured that I was aware and they worked hard to find a replacement. The Welcome Home letter, the representative sends, was a useful way to explain in detail what we wanted, expected and a nice way...

Do not use this company. They do not return phone calls for a starter. My 95 yo father with low vision needed monthly house cleaning. We called Care Advantage and eventually someone returned the call (2+ weeks later) and arranged to come out and visit my father. The woman who arrived said she was the location's manager. She spoke with my father for over an hour - he had a detailed 13 page list of the cleaning needed done in each room. She had him sign a contract arranging to have a team come...
