The services are helpful because they did an excellent job. My husband had just transitioned home from skilled nursing care. I was able to get some sleep and relief from the care. I would recommend BrightStar Care more if they had lower prices, but that's all.

When we have good providers, it has been helpful to release some duties and responsibilities from my mother. The training of the providers, there seems to be a different level of training between the caregivers that come. They are lacking foundational training.

We only had them two days, but the caregivers were wonderful. The second caregiver, Carlissa, stayed at home with mom for four hours, and it freed up a lot of time for me. The caregivers have all been wonderful. They always made sure we had someone coming.

It was a short time. It turned out she recovered more rapidly than expected. They weren't needed, and Susan isn't the kind to want lots of help. They were reasonably affordable, but they weren't able to do much medical care. They do strictly personal care. The best caregivers were really nice.

One person tried to make potato soup, but did not put in any water or soup. What was familiar to my mom was not to those that came. She does not have severe dementia so someone could have talked to her and be able to keep her stimulated. I just think they could have been more in tune to what my mother needed. They could have been better listeners and done what my mother needed.

The time I have spent with Ms. Brenda, you can tell she's a person that cares. She helps me relax because she's someone who identifies with me. I had two people working for me in the beginning that were alright, but the person I have now, Brenda, is absolutely outstanding.

They've done a pretty good job. They have been extremely friendly and the medication that they are administering seems to be working. They've done extremely well in servicing me. One of the things I like best is that they're always on time, prompt, and serviceable.
