Her caregiver is very good and they created a bond. It is hard to get someone to fill in with short notice.

If I didn't stay on top of them, they wouldn't clean my wife properly. They should do what the patient needs. I had a meeting with them explaining what we needed, and they promised they would be able to care for her. She wears a diaper. They were supposed to check her every two hours, and they wouldn't. I had to pay someone to remind them to do that, and they still didn't do it.

My caregivers have had a positive impact because they're very attentive, very knowledgeable, and very caring. They're excellent. I like the two aides that are my permanent aides. They're very good.

I have seizures so she basically sits here to remind me to take my medication and makes sure I eat. She also helps me keep calm. My caregiver was totally awesome, and my dog got along with her, and they connected with her.

I'd like them to give her a full bath and give her lotion and take care of her better. They need to be able to get you help, and if they can't get you anyone, they shouldn't lie. They shouldn't call at the last minute and say that they don't have anybody.

The caregiver and my mother-in-law get along very well. I like that Care Advantage calls you if they are going to be ten minutes late, or if something goes wrong and they need to find you somebody. They don't leave you hanging.

The lady who called and complained ended up not showing up the following day. They left at 7 instead of 9. It was just one thing after another. The first day the nurse took care of her, she texted me 7 times saying my mom was being combative, and she couldn't move her.

Sometimes they were loud, in our house we are quieter. They were in excellent in taking care and keeping a keen eye on him. This is the first time I've had any kind of contact with this service. I didn't know what to expect, but when the first lady arrived, I was so happy to see her. She was a little strange though and I didn't feel very comfortable with her. She was gone the next day. The other ones have been wonderful. I'd highly recommend Kathy.

The caregivers helped the most with making sure my mother didn't get up out of bed by herself and escorting her to the bathroom since she is a fall risk. I particularly liked that they could take services in spite of a COVID diagnosis. I liked that we could call them at the last minute and they were able to send somebody right away or to halt services right away due to hospitalization or anything like that. They were very flexible and attentive.

The services were at a time when the client was in her final stages of life. We wanted her to be pain-free in her last hours of life. We needed there to be medication administered at certain times all throughout the night and the aide failed to do that twice. The medicine was already prepared, she just needed to give it to her. We used Care Advantage's service for just 5 days. They came in from 7pm to 7am and then we had a friend come in and watch my dad during the day. One night they didn't have anybody to come, they said nobody can get there 'till 11 and I said, "What if he's totally bedridden or something, you can't just leave him for 4 hours with nobody there" but they didn't send anybody, and they said they didn't have anybody to send. I said, "You can't do that to people. I have a contract with you from 7pm to 7am." So in other words, we won't use them again. The billing was okay although they tried to bill me for those 4 hours that nobody showed up. I haven't paid the bill yet but I'm not going to pay those 4 hours. It was basically like a sitter, a caregiver who come in overnight just so my dad wasn't by himself. A couple recommend them to me and they were the least expensive which, I guess that's why. The caregiver herself was good. I always had a good experience with her but I would say that the Care Advantage was not dependable. I'm not going to use them again.

The company had done a wonderful job staffing my grandmother's case unexpectedly when we needed 24h care. All the aides showed up on time and did a wonderful job caring for her.

Before, she was with another company, and they were pretty good. However, with the new company, they help me a whole lot because they have morning and evening shifts. I like how promptly they work. I greatly appreciate that because it gives me option to help my mom.

They would help him bathe and keep his room clean. The care they gave was wonderful, once they got here. We had difficulties with scheduling, though. When we called them they always said that they weren't sure when the caregivers would come. They said that they'd call us and let us know, but I had to call them.

I think that they need to be more open with the caregivers about what is going on with me. They need to be made more aware of what they are walking into. They help me with my housecleaning because I cannot do it any longer. I like the care that I get. I also like the friendliness of the caregivers and the staff.

They could mainly have someone here Monday, Wednesday, and Friday regularly. They need to be better at making sure people are staffed on certain days. Mainly, it happens on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. They would call me the day before and tell me that someone was staffed. They would then call after and tell me that something feel through. That's mainly what I've been dealing with.

My loved one really needed somebody with them 24/7. They were able to get them to do things that they were reluctant to do. They were very prompt in their arrival, and they were very good to work with as far as scheduling. They were kind and compassionate.

I like the fact that the caregiver they have sent us is professional, dependable, and my mother doesn't have any concerns about her at all. It is really based on the caregiver, ours is excellent. The caregiver is able to do light housekeeping and also prepares meals for my mother.

When they started, it took them a month to find someone to provide me care. The caregivers could do their jobs, and get off their cell phones. They could be more patient. The last two caregivers have been very caring and concerned.

They were pretty attentive. They were quickly able to get me to resources that I needed and kept me up to date. They were able to pick me up and take me to the hospital. The caregiver I had was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure I got home safe.

I would hesitate to recommend Care Advantage because I don't know about any other caregivers, but sometimes Care Advantage struggles to find caregivers that can work. I do know that they do the best that they can with what they have to work with. Some of the caregivers are better than others, but the services are helpful because my husband cannot work. He can not wash his back or feet in the shower, so the caregivers help him with those personal care problems. It is so helpful for me because I am here 24 hours, and it relieves me a little bit.

I would tell a friend that I was very happy with Care Advantage, and that the caregivers were willing to do whatever I asked them to do. They were very nice and I really liked some of them, except for one. Care Advantage really helped me out when they were caring for me, and were willing to do whatever I asked them, and we got along really well with each other.

Care Advantage is reasonably priced for what they provide, and the service has been really helpful to me in dealing with my disability. My disabilities are in my legs, so it prevents me from doing some things that require walking around or being on my feet. The caregivers will do things for me like make my bed, clean my shower, and do other things that are hard for me to do because of my disability.

I was disappointed with what we got. I thought they didn't have a good grasp on things. The reliability of Care Advantage was not there. There was not enough consistency for me. They were only doing a few shifts but we never knew who was coming.
