This particular branch needs improvement in scheduling. They are supposed to have lots of staff and caregivers that are available, but they do not always have people ready. They are good at responding to me, and I really appreciate that. The services gave me back my ability to work for my family. Anne is well taken care of. We have someone in the house with her 24/7. I just wish the scheduling was better, and I wish they had quick replacements.

The caregiver I have now is young and seems to have other things on their mind. They're nice young people, but I get a little agitated at this.
