I saw Options for Senior America ad in the Catholic Herald newspaper. We called a few agencies but Nicole, the manager of Options, was very personable. The care providers are awesome and specifically Priya is amazing! So far, great overall experience!

The caregivers from Options for Senior America are good. One caregiver was there over the week and another one on the weekend. They were nice, accommodating people who did what they needed to do for my father-in-law. The one who I knew the best was there Mondays to Fridays. She was very pleasant, very nice, and went out of the way to accommodate whatever it was we wanted her to do and adjust the hours. The people in the office were more than accommodating.

This is one agency I felt very comfortable with. From the time I first called, they were very professional getting back to me after hours in a very prompt manner. Got service for the past several months and both my parents are very happy with the aides they sent us.

My daughter thought I shouldn't be alone so much. Consequently, she hired the service of Options for Senior America. The lady they sent us were very adequate to my needs. She did some cooking for me and reached the things I couldn't reach. We exercised together. However, I just didn't need regular nursing care. She sometimes reminded me to take my medication though. I did have a regular housekeeper that came in and did the heavy cleaning. Then it came to a point that my health improved. She still comes here five times a week because I have problem with my balance. She is always willing to do what I ask her to do. She will do much more to give what I need. She is wonderful.

Options for Senior America has the most exceptional care. The caregivers have been very good. The management has done a very good job. I had one or two problems and all of them have been solved in a timely manner. I've had them for 4 years now.

We have been using Options since June 2013. The current caregiver we have is very helpful. She's very attentive to my mother. I'm happy with their billing and scheduling. I don't have any complaints at all with the caregiver and the management. Overall, everything is going good with them. It's working out well with the caregiver and my mom.

My experience with Options For Senior America has been great. We don't have any bad experience with them. We have been using them for three months or so now. They initially sent out a person to assess exactly what we needed for my mom and it didn't take long for them to find a person that is a good match for her. They sent us an absolutely wonderful caregiver. She knows what she is doing. She is very professional. She is taking good care of my mom. She is just extremely helpful. I am very pleased with her.

I had two shifts originally which were weekdays and weekends. The two caregivers in the weekend were great. The weekdays people were horrible. What made me unhappy with Options for Senior America was that they sent me people that were not qualified to do the job. These people that they were sending me were very lazy. The first one I had was very good but she was unhappy with her negotiated rate with the agency and so she tried to get the difference from me. She became very abusive and I had to let her go. The second one that came in was not feeding my father on schedule and I found out that some days he wouldn't get food at all. They replaced her with someone else and that person was no good at all. She was not a morning person and was not able to follow the schedule on my fathers meals and medication. The last person was the same thing. My father was falling and she did not tell me, and then he had a heart attack. It was a horrible experience. I would not wish Options For Senior America on my worst enemy.

The agency was not very helpful. I can't also stand the quick turnover of managers. Some of their caregivers just didn't fit in our family. They were very disrespectful and used some abusive language. But, there's this one caregiver who we really liked. She stayed with us for 2 years. She just left because she had to deal with a personal problem. She was highly qualified and the agency just gave her the full authority to deal with us.

We found a Homecare Agency and everything is good so far. My husband needs some help and ever since we got her, things had been smooth sailing for us. She comes around a few hours a week as we prefer. We are very much happy and satisfied with her service and will have her and her company for a long time.

I chose this provider because I got comfortable with them after the interview. They also did seminars on how to care for my dad. The staff were caring and friendly and they did answer all my questions. They were pretty good when they were here. They promised to follow up through with support staff but there was an instance that the young man caring for my father didn't show up and they didn't send anyone. I got scrambled up so I ultimately let them go. I am now just hiring private caregivers for him.
