My mom can't do anything for herself. I like the particular aide that takes care of my mom.

I am able to go to work. It also helps because it is too much for me to handle. The three caregivers that I have coming in the house are very trustworthy and are excellent. I feel like they are family.

My wife likes to have somebody there to help her with her exercise, talk to her, and make sure she's on schedule for things. I appreciate them being there so I can do other things with my life. They're responsive to her needs, and they arrange the people at the right time.

I was able to have free time because I knew they were taking care of my mom. I would tell a friend that the caregivers were highly professional.

It's nice to have someone here when I need to go out, and I don't have to rush to get back. I also don't have to worry about my husband. They are willing to work with us.

She allowed my mother to live her life and be active and social. They were punctual, competent, and caring.

We were getting nurses, and they were able to perform stuff that the family was not. They were extremely dependable.

They help my grandfather do things by himself and provide motivation. The care is outstanding, and we are very satisfied with the way the staff is taking care of my grandpa, especially during the night shift. One of the caregivers is always on time and never misses a day.

They could be more helpful with equipment. They seem to be a nice company.

He has dementia, and if someone is there, he is safe and I can leave. We have one caregiver and just a few substitutes. She is wonderful and I just love her.

They have created an overwhelmingly positive impact for the family in taking over the care of my mom during the day. I like that Lifematters is very responsive. When I need to make changes, and if they need to call me back, they respond within an hour. I like that when I called to start services, they had a caregiver for us within a couple days.

My current caregiver knows what she is doing and it is absolutely wonderful. Expect for the caregiver that I have now, the people that came before don't know how to take care of me. Some don't know how to speak to me.

They give me assurance that my loved one is being looked after in my absence. They are are consistent and reliable. I would think that I would prefer that they not laugh at the patient and that they would be a little more respectful.

The issue my loved one has had is that she has a list of chores in the house that she needs help with, but she feels like she needs to constantly remind them and she isn't comfortable doing it. Knowing someone is there if she needs help reduces her anxiety and fear.

They are reliable and they follow up if there are any problems, so our overall experience has been positive. My husband is bedridden so they come in and take care of him and his needs.

We had a team of about six people who loved my mother dearly, and who still text me to this day to check in on me. Knowing that there was someone there with her seven days a week made it possible to continue on in things I needed to do in my own life.

I would tell someone Lifematters has satisfactory staff. Lifematters takes good care of my loved one by putting her to bed and getting her up.

Lifematters and their partner CareOptions took on the management of all care for my 81 year old uncle who refused to stay in a nursing home for post-surgical recuperation and rehabilitation. They provided 24/7 home health aides, tracked the visiting nurse care provided by Medicare and arranged for care to continue without interruption when those benefits ran out, coordinated with visiting rehabilitation providers, scheduled and transported him to doctor's appointments, etc. They took care of everything he needed except those few things I did. I continued with my regular responsibilities and was able to relax because the aides were always there when they were supposed to be and I always knew what was pending, what had been done, what was needed. The aides, of course, are the most important part of the equation. I found them to be professional, kind, and caring. My uncle is not an easy man to care for at this point, but, he is getting good care. The aides help him with his medication, make sure he eats and eats as close as possible to what the doctor wants, and keep him and his environment as clean as they possibly can.
