I'm using Spring Hills Home Care Services for my parents. I do really like the girl that we're working with. The aide comes in there, and she's with them from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. She's there in case my mother-in-law wakes up, and she does a lot, and before she leaves she bathes them and dresses them. I've had problems with invoices being incorrect, where they charge overtime quotes by mistake, but the staff is great.

I hired Spring Hills Home Care for my husband. It's been awesome, these people are awesome. I have somebody five days a week and she's really good. I'm also doing PT with them, and I have their PT guy coming five days a week. Their billing is average. It's no more than anybody else's as it runs comparable to everybody else in the area. I can change my scheduling anytime I want. I have a direct line to Jasmine, who's the coordinator, and they're pretty accommodating.
