The caregivers I have used have adapted very well to my mom's needs. She has moderate to severe dementia, and they're just continually positive and supportive.

We have been using Visiting Angels in Houston for almost 3 months now, and they are really good. We are very happy with them, and we have no complaints. They have been very accommodating especially in terms of billing because we're working through our health insurance, and it's working fine. They transport, help with grocery shopping, go to appointments, do light housekeeping, some cooking and prepare meals, and wash clothes. They do all of the daily things that need assistance.

I’ve used Visiting Angels one time. They were very professional, very caring, and on time. I was not the person receiving the care, but everything went really well. Since it was going to be a very occasional thing, their rates for what I needed were better. I knew about them beforehand, so I felt good about going with one I knew about for senior caregiving. Essentially, I prepared or provided all of the food, and they needed to prep it for my mother-in-law.

We are using Visiting Angels, and so far, they have been wonderful. They provide meals, dressing, and toileting -- just about everything. The only negative thing is they are having difficulty getting and keeping staff.
