His primary issue is mobility, so the number one thing they do is push him to and from meals in a wheelchair when he needs it. They keep him eating regularly. When he is on his own, sometimes he doesn't get regular meals because he doesn't get himself down to the dining hall. I'm not sure what her title is, but the supervisor who is over the caregivers is extremely responsive, they're good about listening to what you need, and adjusting hours when necessary.

The client gets what he needs from the services. We are in a bad situation where we really need someone for one hour, it's not the caregiver's fault, but it's just because we do not have much for them to do.

I think I had two caregivers that came the second week and the third one stayed most with us. I would recommend them because the price was lower than other companies.

They have helped the most by helping wash my hair. I like that TJ is my caregiver and she is just wonderful. She helps me around the house, drives me, and is very pleasant and very efficient and just a big, big help to me. I think I've done some improvement and I believe she is one reason I am getting better after an injury.
