The caregivers wouldn't let me do anything I wasn't supposed to do, because I tried to do a lot of things I wasn't supposed to. They went by the book perfectly.

Brightstar has been a life saver for me! I needed their services because my husband has dementia and uses a walker.

The caregivers need to do better in doing more things. They do this log in on the internet, and a lot of times they cant log in because the internet takes forever, and I'm paying for the time it takes to log in. The CNAs need more training

They have made life easier because I have a bad heart and COPD, so I get tired easily. The aide makes sure that I have the groceries that I need. I had contact with the management in the beginning and they were very helpful. The nurse has been helpful and informative. The aide comes once a week and they do anything I ask them to do and they are very pleasant.

I would definitely refer them. They were always on time and all of the caregivers were qualified, capable, and compatible with my husband. I had another company before BrightStar Care and they were not the best fit for us. From the first moment that we had BrightStar Care, it just felt right to have them. I could not take care of my husband by myself. He was much larger than me and needed full-time help to take care of him. The caregivers were strong, well qualified, and trained, so they knew what to do and when to do it.
