I wouldn't be able to function without my caretaker. They have made it positive because they communicate a lot. I have been asking a lot of questions, and they just encourage me to continue to ask questions. I would recommend them because whenever I have a scheduling issue, it's easy to get a hold of someone in the office. My current caretaker is very attentive and amazing.

We only used Right at Home Collin & Denton County for one weekend. The caregiver was nice, and my dad liked him a lot. It worked out really well. They sent us somebody at 6:00 p.m. who did all the things that we asked him to do. I liked the setup because we could have him for only an hour, and if my dad needed him to do something more, he could. My dad was satisfied, so I was satisfied.

I have the greatest caregiver ever from Right at Home. She is now like family to us, and whenever we have a substitute, we have to adjust a little bit. Right at Home always tries to provide a substitute if our regular caregiver can't come in. The services were so needed. Right at Home has worked with us so very well. My loved one adores the caregiver. He always gets her a birthday gift. It gives my family comfort to know that he is so well cared for.

It is still a little early to say much about Right at Home because I have only been with them for a little less than a month, but the caregivers have been very helpful. The caregivers will stand by and assist me with showers, they will make my bed, will keep the kitchen clean, and will take me to appointments that I have. They will also go to the grocery store for me, too.
