They meet his needs. They could talk with him. If they're sitting, I've told them to pick up laundry. They could be more involved and not sit on their phone.

If we have any concerns, they usually address them. They are always very dependable and the communication is very good. I'm very satisfied. They're very flexible. They really seem concerned about what our needs are and try to fulfill those as best as they can.

I would like if they were able to hire people to fill the shift. They send good caregivers, it's just they don't provide enough hours, so I have to split care between agencies.

I don't have to worry about my sister anymore about her being by herself. It takes a lot of stress off of me for sure. I like the caregiver I have. Brenda is wonderful. I am very happy with her being there with my sister.

It takes a while to get someone to do things how I want and need. I think the agency is the best at what they do but it is a tough game keeping employees, and training employees. The caregivers come to my apartment, which is working well for me.

The services are so important to us. If we are going to be out of town, they schedule the caregiver to go keep an eye on her and keep her safe. They have certainly improved. We struggled with consistency, but the team has been very good recently.

I have been using Visiting Angels. They are easy to work with, and I have a helper coming three days a week for four hours a day to sit with my husband who is disabled. She does little house chores, like she would take the clothes out of the dryer, she helps feed him as he is handicapped, and she swept the floor a few times, but mostly I just want her to be there with him. They are excellent and very helpful.

We hired Visiting Angels, and they had been very satisfactory. We only used their services when our daughter and son-in-law are out of town for some reason. We live in a house with our daughter and son-in-law. They sent someone to do housework. They did assist my wife to take a shower, and they also cooked meals, cleaned everything up, and made beds. It was just housework; they're not trained nurses.
