They need more people because they are short handed. They helped me the most by giving my loved one a shower.

They've got my schedule messed up. They've been here for a couple tasks. I'm handicapped, so I need them.

They care about who they are helping. If the caregiver, hadn't been there, I don't think I would have made it. She was awesome. I couldn't have done it without them.

I would like them to return phone calls promptly. They help with laundry and eating food.

They are very dependable, attentive, and they know what to do and how to take care of a patient. I am in a wheelchair and they know how to help me. They help me with transportation.

They are not very dependable. They don't have enough caregivers, they need to hire more people. They need to make sure the caregiver shows up to work.

I've been having a lot of problems with the caregivers coming on time, staying as long as they should, and finding replacements. It's difficult to say, because my loved one simply likes having the company.

I have not had any problems with them. I really like having someone here. It is a huge help. Having someone here to help has been a huge help. He is able to get me up and get me onto my wheelchair, and I can do things better then.

I gave them times for a schedule, but they could never meet that. The caregiver would always come in really late, by over a half hour. I don't like a lot of people coming in and out, and they always changed up the the evening caregiver. The first shift caregiver would talk to my loved one and she liked her a lot.

They have the same care provider for us and it's been really helpful. She provides a lot of companionship care. She encourages my mother to go on a walk.

Every time something is wrong or a caregiver will be late, they notify me of the change. They provide excellent care for my mother and as long as she is taken care of, I don't have to worry.

I think they need to fire everyone and start all over. They need to better give their clients respect because they didn't do that whatsoever.

BrightStar Care's caregivers hardly ever show up. They should keep in touch with people. They need to communicate my messages with the caregivers and vice versa.

I would not recommend BrightStar Care to anyone. BrightStar Care should've taught their caregivers to be more caring and polite.

I couldn't get the caregivers to show up and it was only for a few days, so then I was switched to another agency. The week that they didn't come was very rough for me.

We just got through talking and straightening things out with the schedule. They were jerking people out of left field to send them in here. There was no continuity at all and they sent one guy over here that went out twice to smoke and it woke me up both times. When he came back in at 3:30 in the morning, he knocked a cup of water over in my bedroom and cleaned it up. They could get off the couch and try to do something. I'm not supposed to have to show them what they're supposed to be doing. I don't want a man, but we got one and he was very unacceptable. We've got four or five that are very good and we think a lot of them.

They provide me with care and keep me company while my husband is working. They send Andrea so I don't have to stay by myself.

I would tell someone that BrightStar Care has very good services and have very qualified, dependable, and nice people working for them. My caregiver would talk to me and help clean the house, fold clothes, and make meals.

I would hesitate to recommend BrightStar Care because I've had a few instances where I had an appointment and nobody showed up. I had one person show up who did not dress or look acceptable. He looked like he may have been a member of a gang. BrightStar Care never calls or tells me that anybody or nobody's coming. When nobody shows up, I worry. I need to call the doctor and tell them I'm not coming. I've started to call them and ask if someone's going to come. So, if BrightStar Care could improve that, that would be nice. When BrightStar Care is here, they usually do a good job.

I would tell a friend about BrightStar Care that when I have a problem, they get it corrected it very quickly. The BrightStar Care caregivers that they are sending out are not wanting to do their jobs.

I had a provider who was not punctual, but BrightStar Care was very good to remedy that situation. BrightStar Care was good at very finding a caregiver I could trust. BrightStar Care definitely helps because it relieves me, but it is expensive and I cannot afford much.

BrightStar Care could answer their phones and not lie to us. Their office is not good and they don't call me. The first caregiver was really sick and the second caregiver couldn't handle my wife because she was so small. We had a great substitute.

BrightStar Care usually has a caregiver available every day as well as a floater that comes to fill in if my caregiver can't make it. BrightStar Care makes my life easier by helping me take care of my son in the personal care he needs, as well as providing light housekeeping.

BrightStar Care is a very good about contacting me with schedule changes. BrightStar Care has been able to stay with Virginia while I'm away from home.

BrightStar Care really tried to help any way that they can. BrightStar Care is quick to address my issues. My father-in-law has full time in-home care, and it has allowed him to stay home.

BrightStar Care has been sending me some horrible caregivers. BrightStar Care was supposed to help me with my husband and we had caregivers that showed up late and caregivers that refused to bathe my husband. The caregivers just sat on their phones the whole time.

I would say that I like BrightStar Care's services. They are very professional. The caregivers are here all the time. They clean for me, do the laundry, prepare meals, and really everything I need to do.

The supervisors do not communicate well with the caregivers. They do not make them feel like actual employees. There's no professionalism or communication. The first year of the care was good and the rest of the care felt like I was just doing all the work myself because I was constantly on the phone trying to get a caregiver.

BrightStar Care could improve by having reliable help on the weekends. The regular caregiver is dependent, reliable, compassionate, and knowledgeable towards my daughter.
