There is no consistency of placing aides in the home. I would recommend having people who could perform the work on Saturdays and Sundays because there are many Saturdays and Sundays that I don't have care. I have a good aide during the week and that's made my life much easier.

The caregivers meet all my needs and I don't have any problems with them. I have someone to talk to and to help me out. She makes sure I get my meals and the office calls me if I need to know anything. I can't really walk so they help me a lot with getting around and doing thing for me in the house.

If I need to get through to anyone or have any problems, they are very accessible. I haven't have a problem with anything. It has been helping me tremendously. They help me with my doctor appointments, eating, and getting from A to B.

They give me assistance and that's all I ask for. I recommend others all the time. I go out and tell everyone that they take care of me and are a good company. I don't say it just to say it I say it because I believe it. By listening to me and by helping me work on things I need to, taking care, keeping me informed. That's what I need.

The caregiver is on top of it. They've done a lot of me. She shops for me and goes beyond because she is my daughter. Today I'm not well, so she's picking up my medicines and she sees I get my meals.

There have been a lot of call outs and no shows and a lot of the time I do not know who is there. They provide a daily companion and help with cleaning.

Aides not dependable office staff need a lot of work . aides need more training other than to just sit in your house taking up space

Lillian's Care Inc. started from the bottom. They started their own business, and I like the fact that they run their own company. The services haven't made any difference because I do the same things for Francis that I do anyways.

The people that work for Lillian's Care are nice, but I do have problems with them. Lillian's Care never pays their caregivers on time, and there are always issues with time cards. Lillian's Care has paid my daughter late three times so far. When my caregiver gets upset, I also get upset. I argue most of the day when my caregiver is upset because she isn't getting paid on time. When I get upset, it affects my breathing. The services are helpful, but when something goes wrong, I get the brisk of it.

I would refer others to Lillian's Care because they're very good people to deal with, things go smoothly, and they always get in touch with me to see if things are okay. The services provided by Lillian's Care have made it easy to call them, and they call my caregiver when she clocks out, and there's not a whole lot of paperwork in the clocking out process.

I would tell a friend that Lillian's Care Inc. sends a caregiver to me who cooks breakfast for me and who helps me to shower. The caregiver definitely makes my life a lot easier and I can always call him, even off the clock, and he will come over if I am going through something and having a rough time spending the whole night with me.

Lillian's Care Inc. needs to better interview their aides and get better quality aides. My stress levels have been through the roof, and things have gotten much worse for my husband and I.

I would recommend Lillian's Care Inc. because they provide a good amount of care. Lillian's Care Inc. provides my loved one with one-on-one contact and they always have a caregiver ready to help us. I know that Addie will be taken care of.

When I want the caregiver to be removed, they should remove them. They told me they didn't have a replacement. I would want for the PCA to give me more hours because they cut my hours.
