I think they are excellent. They make my life easier because sometimes I don't want to cook my own meals. I like them because they are very responsible.

They do not cook the same way I cook. They are from a different countries. The aides are hardworking.

She is not able to do anything without the aide's help. I like them because they do the tub for my mom and go above the requirements.

They just have staffing shortages at times which makes it hard. There are some staffing shortages and hard to get nurses for us.

They could have made it easier by finding a caretaker earlier and let us know that the caretaker was not showing up. I would have liked it if they would have communicated better with me.

They make sure the person is here on time and call up to see if everyone is okay. I like their understanding and being very quick when you have questions. They come out to check upon us.
