The agency could have reviewed the client's care plan and made sure they were following it. The agency could have sent better staff and had more communication.

They try, but they have to work with their employees. And their employees don't seem to be well trained. I have one aide who has been with me for two years. She's very good. When they have to send someone else, even just for the day, they don't seem as well trained.

My mom is living in an assisted living facility so it helped them a lot. I like that the aides showed up on time and were competent.

I thought they were great. She did everything she could. They were responsive. Any time I called anybody, they were right there. They were reasonable. The people who set up visits were reasonable and professional. The person who came was great.

They give me showers because I don't have a walk-in shower. They put things away for me. They are on top of all the issues that may come up. We did have to get a different caregiver at first.
