They come out once a month, and I can tell them things I have an issue with, or I can tell the caregiver. They send nice people who do their job.

They have helped the most with just being an extra pair of hands to help care for my mother and letting us be able to leave the house. I like that they provided a lot of assistance to my mother and let me do what I needed to during the week.

I was attending my daughter's wedding and the caregiver helped me during that time. My caregiver was very attentive and was always on time. She was polite and kind.

The agency could have reviewed the client's care plan and made sure they were following it. The agency could have sent better staff and had more communication.

They try, but they have to work with their employees. And their employees don't seem to be well trained. I have one aide who has been with me for two years. She's very good. When they have to send someone else, even just for the day, they don't seem as well trained.

I thought they were great. She did everything she could. They were responsive. Any time I called anybody, they were right there. They were reasonable. The people who set up visits were reasonable and professional. The person who came was great.
