My experience with Right at Home has been positive. They worked with my 100 year old mother and provided personal care, feedings, light housekeeping and paid close attention to her needs. They have also been responsive to changes in schedule and meeting the needs of my mom as they change.

The caregiver that I have does a wonderful job. She does everything that she is supposed to do by taken care of me. I would recommend this care giving place to anyone.

Dara and her team are incredible. We worked with her for over a year before our loved one passed and she was flexible, empathetic, and efficient. We cannot recommend Right at Home more highly!!

Right at Home has been providing care givers for my mother for over three years. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful whenever I or my mom contact them. They work very hard to find the right care givers for my mom who can be very difficult at times. They have navigated the Covid-19 pandemic very well, including coordinating with the facility where my mother lives. Right at Home has been wonderful for my family!

Right at Home was the only agency that was able to find someone ongoing to provide 2 hours of care (rather than the standard of 4 hours) for my father, enabling us to keep him at home 2 more years than we ever expected. They were very responsive, and for the most part, all caregivers were very professional and nurturing. They worked well in tandem with the other family and neighbors who were also caregivers. There was an app to easily follow the schedule and what care they provided as well.

I used Right at Home to find an aide to assist my mother through a family wedding weekend. My Mom has several physical and mental disabilities and can be a challenging personality, to say the least. I told Right at Home I would need an aide who was patient and flexible, and that is exactly who they sent! Linda was simply amazing - she was kind, calm, and helpful throughout the weekend. Linda was so good at working with my Mom that relatives even took me aside to tell me how impressed they were! Linda is a truly loving soul who seems to look for the good in those around her. I truly believe she has a calling to work with the elderly. The whole weekend was a success thanks to her help.

I don't think I could say enough good things about Veronica, Megan, and everyone at Right at Home. I am the primary caregiver for my mother who has dementia. Veronica and her staff have been wonderful providers with regular care, helping me out at the last minute, and so patient with me when I've changed plans. The team is always professional and friendly and I've enjoyed getting to know some of our caregivers a little. Things are changing for us, but I will always be grateful to Veronica.

My caregiver is for my father who has dementia. He needs someone with him when I work. My dad is very important to me and I wanted someone who would not only take care of his everyday needs but could relate to him and treat with him dignity. Both concerns are no longer a concern. Our caregiver is aware of any physical issues that need to be conveyed to me. She respects my concerns such as what to let him watch on TV since he confuses some things and becomes upset. I was also concerned about someone being in my house - my dad lives with us. Our boundaries are respected.

Veronica and her team are amazing. We needed help with transitioning my mother to her home after a hospitalization and several weeks in rehab. Veronica knew exactly what to do with setting up in-home services to ensure that my mother had the support that she needed. The Right-at-Home team has enabled my mother to enjoy the quality of life at home that she wants, while providing her with the support she needs. Highly recommend Right-at-Home to anyone in the Mt. Airy/Chestnut Hill area who needs help caring for an older parent.
