We used them for a very short amount of time. We were sent a nurse that did not know how to put in a Foley catheter (this was the main reason we needed a health care nurse). When we had appointment times for 10am the nurse would call after the appointment time to say she would be an hour or more late...then call again to say she would be late, one day this happened 3 times a 10am appointment was rescheduled for another day because she stated she had to much paperwork to do in the office....if ...

The last home care person I had, I ended up cooking for them, cleaning up after them leaving messes behind, and I didn’t need that kind of help; so I am able and I have taught myself to change myself. I have PT's and OT’s coming in and other help from Pinnacle, but no care help because I can take care of myself now. How I got Pinnacle was through my doctor. He felt that I needed it because I was in a medical bed and couldn’t do things for myself so he called these people. They're also associated...
