The first aide was a no call, no show. The second aide cancelled on her second scheduled visit. I have left 3 messages and emailed the owner with no response. The aide that did show up helped herself to a pantry item, a Boost and an apple. She was unaware I have a camera in the house. My loved one may have offered the drink and apple, but clearly the aide hid behind the pantry door while she ate the cashews. The office manager and owner are non responsive. I can't have my loved one anticipating a visit and then no one shows up.

Victoria was great setting up everything. Renea was my brother’s aid. She was wonderful working with him. The day he passed Renea stayed all day with me which was a big relief I had someone there to talk to

We have been very pleased with the aide. They go above and beyond their duties. All have been a blessing, but our favorite is Taylor M. She is always smiling and full of energy. We are very grateful for the girls do for him.
