She is not really welcoming to them. She thinks she is fine. They are met with resistance. It is really just her and her not understanding what is going on. They could maybe provide meals for her. She will say she doesn't want something but it would be nice if they could cook something. They seem to have consistency with the caregivers.

It is the quality of the people. I have two people here who do a good job. The care depends on the people that are serving you. They are really thin on the number of people that they have. If someone gets sick, then they have a hard time getting backup.

They need to let me know when someone is going to be late in advance. I work full time and I can't just leave when they can't be there. They need to improve communication. They didn't get here till noon instead of 11:00.

The cost was quite high. That was the only thing I struggled with. One of them would sit and watch TV with me so it was a steep price. The service itself was excellent.

We used Visiting Angels' services for my mom. My mom had a couple different caregivers, one during the week, and one on the weekend, and they did a good job. The only drawback with one of them was she was tardy for appointments. They were flexible.

It has given him some security. It's not just for him, but for his wife as well. It helps him to not have to worry about her so much. They are very flexible and they respond immediately for any needs or changes. If I change the hours or days, they will do whatever I want them to do within reason. All the caregivers have been professional and cheerful. They are fun, and are never grumpy.

I love the pillboxes that Visiting Angels has provided us with. My mother really needs the services so it is important that the caregivers show up. Knowing that my mother is cared for saves me and relieves me of some stress. I don't have to worry.
