They could perform the duties that they are checking off. As long as they provide the services that I'm paying them for I would recommend them, but I don't know what other services they could provide for me.

They have relieved some of my stress of worrying about her in knowing that she's in safe hands. They've been very friendly and understanding, and they've worked with me on stuff. The nurses are great. I haven't had any major problems with them.

The services have helped me keep my job, and they have given care for my parents. They need to continue to have better follow-up, and they need to have caregivers on hand if my caregiver can't work.

She's very helpful for me because she takes care of my personal needs when I haven't been able to take care of them for myself. Some of the caregivers are young and I tell them how I want things done. So far I haven't had anything trouble with them doing what needs to be done.

It was a lot easier for me because I didn't have to do a lot of things. The girl that took care of me was really nice.

It was good to me because I knew I could leave him in good hands when I had to run errands. They were kind, gentle, and thoughtful.

They're help me change diapers, and that's hard work for me. They also help me with housework. I like that they're on time and that they want to do the things I want them to do.

Currently it would be great if they could get the scheduling down a little better. I have no recommendation for Comfort Keepers.

I don't have to do all of the work through the week because I have help. I'm assured that I will have a good person. I appreciate their screening process.

Sometimes people come that won't do things that I need done. I've not had many of those. I've had some that sit around on their cell phone, but if they see I need help, they'll jump up and help. Then they go back to the cell phone. I want their full attention. I don't walk well. I'm apt to fall, and I need them behind me. They have improved. They're trying harder to send not so many different people. I don't like to be sent different people and not know. Sometimes they don't let me know that they're sending me someone different.

They make life easier because of the caregivers that they pick. They have gone through several caregivers, but they finally found a great match. They are really good and very smart. I like that they come in and talk to my wife to find out what she wants from the service. They pick someone that is very compatible for the job.

I think very highly about my caregiver. The caregiver I had was really fantastic, and I looked forward to her coming over.

They have helped my loved one by getting him up out of bed. I cannot do it myself without someone else helping me. This makes it so he is able to get up and go to his walker. They let me know when they are coming, and they show up on time. The caregivers tell me in advance if they will not be there. I never ask them to do anything I would not do myself.

They took away some of my daily worry about my loved one and her needs. They tried to work with us on the list of household chores. I was able to email that list and they gave it to both of the caregivers that came. They addressed all of my concerns.

Right now, it helps me a lot. They take me shopping. The caregivers are nice to have around and they do little things that need to be done.

It's important that someone is there for my wife when she needs help. They do a good job, they're professional people, and they take care of my wife if I go somewhere.

They were open to doing whatever my husband wanted to. Comfort Keepers had caregivers with amazing personalities, and it was a good match because they were professional.

I had to quit my job to take care of my loved one, and I am able to get out and do things I wouldn't be able to do. The caregiver that we have is very good, she listens to us and my father-in-law, and does what we ask her to do. She doesn't take it upon herself to tell us how things should be done.

It relieves the stress in my life, but they could be less expensive. Some of the things I don't like, like the fact that the caregiver doesn't think my dad needs care bathing, and I don't like how expensive it is, but some days are better than others.

They have given me the ability to seek some personal time a few times a week. It has been helpful to my emotional state. They are very attentive to what the needs are in caring for my mom. The caregiver assigned is awesome. She goes out of her way to be helpful.

I don't have any issues with them. The primary caregiver is very dedicated to what they do. They communicate well with me and let me know what is going on. When I can't be there, since I live a ways away from my mother, that is helpful for me. They fill the void that I can't.

Most of the time, Comfort Keepers sends very compassionate people that know how to do things and how to help us out. The caregiver helps relieve me so I don't have to be here all of the time. I can go and run errands.

They were very helpful. When he had a doctor's appointment, they would help him at the doctors while I was not able to. They were able to meet him at his doctor's appointment to help him with the doctor.

The caregivers need more training on handling dementia people. The caregivers said they were trained but they weren't. We had different caregivers, but the caregivers needed more training and consistency. I felt like no one knew how to handle dementia patients in any aspect. They weren't trained to handle the things that they said they could.

They will try to help you by taking you to the doctor and different places such as the grocery store. The caregivers have helped me get to doctor's appointments.

They've changed the people who come to my home. I've had them here for two and a half months, and sometimes they take my good caregivers away; there have been some who I've had to tell not to send them back. They could show some initiative. One does my laundry and dishes and cooks, some of them sit around and do nothing.

I felt like someone in my family was coming to visit us. They treated my husband like family. I could leave the house, go to the grocery store, go to Bible Study, and do my errands without worry. I didn't like leaving him with someone else. I wanted to be the one doing things for my husband.

Their caregivers are flexible enough to do different duties rather than only being here with my mother. They're willing to do some housekeeping things if needed. They've been very helpful. Sometimes it's more inconvenient if someone doesn't show up or has to leave early. For the most part, I've been able to have a life of my own, where before, I wouldn't have been able to do that.

They are very conscientious, and they took excellent care of my husband. The fact that they gave him self-confidence to be alone in the house was very nice, and he just felt secure with them there.

They usually do what I want them to do. I am handicapped, and I cannot do a lot of stuff. It makes life a lot easier for me because my caregiver does things that I cannot do myself.
