I am a past client of this provider

We used Visiting Nurses. They checked out my mom. The head nurse came out and did a fairly good job. The caregiver did a good job too. They did an OK job; however, when my mom had a bowel movement, she didn't wipe her good. It was just three wipes and that was it.

    I visited this facility

I last visited the Visiting Nursing Association in January of 2012. My mother was on a nursing assignment there. I assisted here in delivering food and talking to the elderly. I would say that overall the facility was very, clean and well kept. The patients; however, said they wish that the nursing home would do more events like this, because it gets lonely and boring living in the facility. This Nursing Facility has over 200 patients; therefore I could understand why it would become difficult to entertain the patients. Overall, the staff seemed very nice. I would have loved to see more staff and patient interaction. This is why I gave this facility a four out of five star. I am currently looking around Cleveland for organizations that come out to nursing homes to visit the patients. This would definitely be a spirit lifting experience for these patients while in the latter years of their lives.

I am a past client of this provider

the nurses in hospice of the VNA were very compassionate and went the extra mile to help loved ones. They took excellent care of my dad as a home care provider and later as his hospice nurses and aides.
