One positive difference was that we needed to travel out of state with my father Randall and Piedmont's regular caregiver travelled with us for several days out of state. It made all the difference in being able to make that trip and he would not have been able to make that trip otherwise. The care was consistent quality.

Piedmont Homehealth didn't keep us waiting. In fact, a couple of weeks isn't that long and it's worth the wait. They already provided us a caregiver both for my mother and grandmother. They did sent out a good match for both of them and their caregiver is doing very well with taking good care of them. She provides them with personal and companion care. Both mom and grandmom is comfortable with her. She's been with us for four months and so far everything's doing really great! I would recommend Piedmont to anyone needing home care. They're very good providers. I've been very happy.
