The girl sat with me and listened to the radio with me. One of the caregivers did not have initiative, which I understand happens to a person sometimes because life is hard, but I did not need her here.

They help us with whatever we do. The girl that comes has a routine. She knows what to do. The aides are very nice.

My life would be horrible without these services. They are very useful and kind.

Right now, we have a good caregiver. In the last year, we've been through over 20 caregivers. There have been so many different issues. I've had a lot of problems with no-shows or last minute call-offs. That causes a problem, we really depend on the service.

My mother loves the lady who comes and helps her. The agency is very responsive. There have been times when someone didn't work out, but they have been very responsive. They are very on it when we need someone and get them in the home.

They are supposed to help her with activities of daily living, and help her with shower, and grooming, and help her with housekeeping. I would like to see their quality of care improved.
