For her, it was helpful because she didn't have to do things herself, but I did so much. I had a checklist put on the fridge and none of it was done. The laundry was never done, her bathroom was filthy. I think it was just a number of things. It was very chaotic. I felt like I was working there, and I had to manage phone calls. There were always a change in schedule. I don't blame anyone but the system itself. Trying to get people to come for her schedule was hard. And some of the people she had, I feel shouldn't have been in that business. I'm so glad I don't have to deal with it.

Ashley was very caring and compassionate and my mom makes Star wake her up to tell her she loves her before she leaves because that's how much she loves her caregiver.

I saw how it was supposed to be done and it was horrific. I had to tell her multiple times to stop doing something. One time she yelled at me when I was helping and told me I was doing her job. Their first caregiver left my appalled by the things she did. They need better training.

My mother doesn't or thinks she doesn't need them. They sat around not doing much for the majority of the time. They should be more assertive, especially with older people. They were all nice. We just needed routine. It was easy to do business with and the caregivers are nice

They are inconsistent and sometimes they cancel the shift because there is no one to take the shift. My father really enjoys the woman that comes in the mornings. He enjoys her company.
