It was very hard because I was expecting a certain number of hours in the week, and I didn't have them. One aide's car was always breaking down, so she couldn't get there. We're using Right at Home Atlantic County for my wife. We're very satisfied with the caregiver, I have no complaints. She has made up with my wife and they're getting along fairly well. We had difficulties with the things my wife needs to get done, and the caretaker Patricia is doing very well. Our communication with the agency is fine, and I've had no problems at this point. In terms of the schedule and cost, I'm satisfied with everything. The caregiver is right on time, she's very prompt and very attentive to my wife, which is very important to me. She has her daily schedule, so she knows what she has to do here. I don't have to tell he what to do because she already knows that exactly. They do light housekeeping if necessary, look after my wife, make lunch for her, and perform the duties they've committed to.

I wouldn't recommended them because they charge too high. It is a lot of money for someone who is elderly and has no husband. Also, the care they gave me wasn't that great. I have two bedrooms. One is more like a den and doesn't have a bed. I got a rocker that reclined all the way into a bed and caregiver refused to sleep on it and refused to sleep on an air mattress.

I have Right at Home we use in Jersey, and we are satisfied. They've been good. They do the job -- cook and care for her --, and they all do something. The one she has for her condition I think is just the right one that we got now because she is difficult. She is really not well. It is a live-in caregiver. If there is a question, they are right on it, so they are quick. She is giving her best. It is difficult when you have someone with multiple problems, and I think she can't do more than she is doing. She is doing the best she can, and I recognize that. One girl relieves her when she takes two days off for whatever or if she needs time, so we have another girl that relieves her, and she is very good too. They understand their subjects; they take an interest in understanding their personality and needs. I have no complaints with them. The two girls I have now are just about right. She's got Alzheimer's and epilepsy, so it is not easy, but they do well as far as taking care of her, and they are observant. They look at her eyes getting tired, they know how she is feeling and how she is going to behave, and I like that. She is on top of it. She is not missing it, and she watching it closely. I am pleased that they are attentive, even the office staff from the owner to everything. If it is necessary or if there is something I want to know or to say, he is there to hear and to correct it. I am very pleased with that.
