The client can't do a lot of things for herself any longer. I have spinal stenosis and I can't lift her any longer. The client needs to stay in bed most of the time. The caregivers are able to help her get up out of bed, to come into the kitchen, or if she needs to use the commode. I like that they seem knowledgeable about things.
