The caregivers could have a greater impact if they have more technology skills. They need to have consistency in scheduling. There's a lot of cancellations.

We have PCAs from Visiting Angels. They do whatever my parents want them to do like help with baths, cleaning up, they've gone to the store and help them with just daily living things, like making food. They're there four hours a day. The caregivers were very nice and caring people.

The girl that comes in is positive, she is not negative or crabby. I would like them to revisit the care needed if the client improves.

They wrap my legs for me which I cannot do on my own. The caregivers have been nice and willing to help me with small projects.

They've made my life easier by sending my caregiver. I can have her do little things like bending down to get something because I can't do those things anymore. I would tell a friend that they're reliable.

They help a lot with my transportation, getting me around. I was telling people about them until I saw what the cost was. They are beyond what I feel I can afford at this point.

It has been huge for me. There have been improvements on staffing and efforts for better communication with me. Someone is always available to answer the phone and help with scheduling issues.

They could make my life easier by coming on time. They could make sure that their caregivers actually come and that they come on time. They need to make sure the caregivers don't hang out on their phone, sleeping, or talking mean to their clients when they're here.

It was only towards the end we started to see improvement, because the first caregiver slept on the job. I think they need more care in selecting the caregivers.

We know she's getting a hot meal every day. They do pretty well, but the consistency of the caregivers could improve so my loved one could get familiar with the caregivers.

He suffers from anxiety and has dimensia, and he enjoys them staying with him. They keep him from falling, and in case of emergency, they are there to take care of it. He is more confident with them here. The caregiver that I have had have been very efficient in keeping Edward engaged.

We were very happy with the Visiting Angels. My mother liked it. They're not cheap, but they're dependable. We were very satisfied with their care. It's a very tough job and a tough service that they're offering and they did a good job. They took her to the bathroom, they did some light cleaning, they helped her get dressed, they bathed her, and we had them sit right with her. They did everything they said they would do. They have a nurse that comes around and double checks to make sure that their clients are satisfied and if they have any recommendations. They do an assessment from time to time to make sure they're providing the services needed by their client. If you needed to change hours, they were flexible.
