They are on time and they are good people. I like that they work with us and troubleshoot with us. The caregivers that come drive me to my appointments and sometimes do cleaning for me.

They give me peace of mind. They had someone there when she wasn't feeling very well, so that if she fell, someone would be there to help her. I think the customer service is outstanding.

They make sure that tasks get taken care of so he is not alone and that helps with his depression. They communication is very good between the office staff and I and they do a good job at taking care of my husband.

They help the most in doing the tasks that he can't do. I like the owner of the company. She is phenomenal and attentive. They watch the kind of people that they hire and are attentive to any concerns.

Once we got to know them, it was good to have the peace of mind knowing someone was there to take care of my dad. Most of the caregivers were very good, but sometimes I wasn't notified when they would be late. Some of the caregivers were conscientious and some weren't. A few times they gave the patient the wrong medications.

It offers great peace of mind for me and it gives my mom someone to talk to. I like that the communication has been great. They offer a lot of great guidance on how a daughter can talk to her mom if they haven't been through this before.

It was a minimum requirement getting her up, dressed, fed, and to her day center once a week. They did fine. The industry could take less time to get a match in the minimum amount of time we needed. I don't blame Homewatch CareGivers. Society underpays the essential workers who care for those in need.

We could never do this without them. We have 24/7 care in the house and right now we haven't been there since the end of February because of the COVID-19 pandemic and lock down. We have expressed changes we would like made and they are not super responsive to them. It's not so much with the caregivers as it is with the office.

They did what I asked them to do. Everything was fine except the first person they gave me smoked, and I didn't like that. They did not ask me beforehand, but they switched them after I let them know.

If the people were more truthful, that would make things easier. The people that run the organization are conscientious, and they call to know what is going on.

I live remotely, and I hired them, and it helps that I get reports back from them. I am confident about them doing the things I have asked them to do. They have been quite responsive. There are a few things I had to send a few emails about.

The one caregiver who left was extremely good. She would come in every day and greet him like an old friend. She would entertain him and get him involved all day long. The only reason I had Homewatch CareGivers was because of our aide. She was remarkable. When I lost her, I just did not want all of these strangers coming into my home. So many of them just came, sat here, and wouldn't stimulate him. I didn't trust some of the caregivers that would come through.

They help with his feet therapy. They provide safety for him while we are at work. We really like the person that is being provided for my dad. They have been flexible in providing the care that he needs. We only take an hour of care, not many agencies do that.

They've been very communicative about what is going on with her physically, what they're doing, what services they're providing, and how they take care of her. I know that they're not just sleeping on my sofa and eating my food. I already have recommended them. They really work with you to get the right fit for your needs.

My mom, age 87, came to Minneapolis for my wedding in January. She has Parkinson's and is on oxygen 24/7. She requires 24 hour personal care. Because of her physical needs, she was unable to stay with us in our home. Homewatch provided care for mom in her hotel room for 12 hours a day during her visit. The owner, Deb, was very attentive to our needs and a great communicator. She provided a very skilled and personable caregiver. I highly recommend Homewatch and would definitely call on Deb again for any caregiving needs.

Homewatch CareGivers of Edina took care of my elderly mother and mentally handicapped adult sister full-time, 24/7, for over a month. Due to the rigorous schedule, a few different caregivers were assigned to us. ALL of the caregivers were reliable, trustworthy, and hardworking. Without exception, they were happy to do any tasks I asked of them, whether they were household or personal care related. Most importantly, they all demonstrated a genuine concern for the well-being of my family. In addition, the owner of the Edina branch of Homewatch truly makes the clients' safety and satisfaction her top priority by being responsive to any and all feedback. I would not hesitate to use Homewatch CareGivers of Edina again to care for my family members.
