I saw Griswold while I was searching on the internet. I did some research and decided to give them a try. We were satisfied with their care. The caregivers did a good job.

We had an excellent experience with Griswold Care of Eden Prairie which helped provide respite care for me and my husband. My mom was very happy with the attention and companion care she received. The entire care team was dedicated and flexible in meeting our needs. We will definitely use them again and we give them an unqualified "thumbs-up"!

My husband was in a transitional care and I know at that time we needed home care. A social worker gave us a few brochures. We chose Griswold because they were cheaper and I felt confident that they would do a good job. We like the way that they are structured. They have lower overhead because of the way they contract with the caregivers. The caregivers have been very personal. We really appreciate them. They feel like an extended family to me. They're very attentive and they treat you like the person you are, not just as a client.

Overall I'm very happy with Griswold Home Care. They provided a specific service for me. They provided a caregiver to accompany my aunt when she had to go to her doctor's appointment. They would ride along with her and look out for her. They make sure that she got back to the home that she was in. I'm very satisfied with them. They provide very professional service. They treated my aunt with respect. They are excellent communicators; both the caregivers and their supervisor. They constantly communicate and confirm what's going on. They are reasonably priced from my perspective. They're very professional and very reliable. I'm just very pleased with them.

I was searching on the internet and was trying to figure out about what to do with my father who was in failing health. I found Griswold Home Care and I eventually talked to them. They tend to be a little bit more reasonable than the other agencies. They did a good job. Jessica was the coordinator that I get to work with. She's very caring. She's very good at overseeing and doing her best to cover for the hours I want covered. As time progressed we kept adding hours as my dad got weaker. I have no complaints with Griswold. We had some nice caring people coming in and dad related to several of them.
