The say they offer memory care. They don’t. All three of the caregivers that came had no idea what to do with my mom. I had to ask the giver to leave. She was more interested in her phone and writing notes. My mom was walking backwards with her walker and the caregiver sat on couch and said that is unsafe. We have cameras so we know what goes on while we are away. The caregivers were smokers and would come in smelling like smoke. Sometimes they would try and cover it up with spraying them selfs with something. Then they smelt like smoke perfume. We addressed it with the company. The owners are not concerned about their customers. Not compassionate. Always made us feel like are concerns where not important. Sad this happened. Would not recommend them.

While I had them, it was helpful that they talked to him about his medical past, his issues, what he likes to do, and what his personality is like. The manager was always there if I had any questions I could call them anytime and they were on top of things.
