The services solved a lot of problems for the rest of the family, knowing there was someone we could count on to be there. The person we had was excellent. We had one person for the most part.

This care allows him to stay at home. The agency has made it a positive experience by being responsive and having shifts covered. The qualifications of some of the caregivers can lack at times. I feel sometimes the caregivers come to the house unaware of what to do. The staff to agency communication could be improved.

They are doing pretty good so far. The caregivers have been excellent, knowledgeable, and caring towards my mother. The only thing I can think of is they could make sure they have the best fit between the caregiver and the person being cared for.

With her dementia, it was hard to make things more comfortable. They were very nice and professional. With her state of mind, they made everything smooth. There were some issues finding people to work. We had a few snags along the way, but they came through and found somebody.
