It has really helped a lot, he loves the companionship of the caregivers. The company works with us very well and are very nice, and they don't switch caregiver around.

My caregivers help me cook and clean up around my home. They help me read my mail and they help me do things I can no longer do for myself. The agency has been wonderful. They really help keep me going and they know that I cannot do anything by myself. I would like more hours.

They sent me out a Christmas basket, and have for years. They also have a yearly picnic and I like that, even though they always always roast pork. I like that the aides do things for me.

They do chores that I would normally have to do and gives me the ability to focus on what I need to work on like gaining my strength and balance back. I like that they care and it comes across in most of what they do for you.

It is very beneficial. It keeps me from having to do the cleaning. I am wheelchair bound. It is a great organization. They are prompt, on time and helpful.

They could be able to drive and get stuff to make my life easier. They could maybe have a course on what to come in and do, sometimes they are clueless.

They help with so much. They help with getting you the needs you need for your basic life. They have put in handrails to get out of the tub. Furthermore, they give you hints to help you. They are so helpful, and they do whatever you need. They try to make accommodations for you. Likewise, they call to make sure everything is good.

It depends on the caregiver, but for the most part, they've had a positive impact by helping to do things around the house, so I have more freedom and time. I would recommend them more if they had more male caregivers.

His condition is uncurable, but the caregiver's services make things better, especially having them watch him. They bathe and feed him. They are very personal and they personalize his care. He relies on the caregivers to brighten his day, and they make him feel fresh and clean.

The service is there for my peace of mind. The first visit was not an appropriate fit. The first caregiver was not prepared to give the care we needed.

My dad was in and out of the hospital for infections, so bathing him twice a week and having housekeeping come once a week has kept him out of the hospital for over 13 months. My dad likes them.
