It's great companionship. It's great to see someone and talk with them and they help me do things that I can't do. They run errands and take me places as well. They also help cook for me because that eliminates the danger of falling on the stove. It depends on the work right now. I love that they give us 24-hour notice. They assign us the same person very frequently. I would recommend this company to any veterans because I am a disabled vet and they do a great job. I am very satisfied with everything they do for me.

They brought me so much happiness. I live alone and I have my cat, but I'm very sad most of the time I cry a lot, and when they show up I don't cry anymore. I would definitely recommend them. There were a few that came through that were very together. They really did a good job.

It varies a little sometimes. They help me with general housework. They are well mannered and seem to enjoy their job. I like that they are very reliable. I would like if they could send me a digital copy of the bills. I would like to be able to pay the bill online. The mail system is not very efficient. Sometimes they say that I have not paid but it is just slow to get updated.

Right now my husband is getting hospice care as well and I need to pay attention to him. The person comes in and does the work I would have to be doing otherwise. They should schedule their clients out further, they should schedule their employees so they can know what happens throughout the week.

They are nice professional people. It is not the staff, it is not the people that they sent, it is the owner. I think she is not doing proper training and not paying them enough. I think the owner is doing a great diservice to the company since they are not getting enough and paying enough. I have to do the work to cover for them and others have had to come in for them. We have not had enough caregivers to do what is needed.

I can't vacuum, they don't show up. I can't depend on SYNERGY HomeCare. I have an oxygen cord, and the vacuum cord gets tangled up with it. I need someone to help me. They didn't show up when they were supposed to. I had to make multiple phone calls, it's been many days where they don't show up.

It is very helpful because the ladies are all so nice. I am a third-time back-surgery patient and have to get injections in my spine and it is such a relief off of me. The schedule is messed up. I think my loved one is getting the leftovers of what everyone else's schedules have. They said the first week would be chaotic, but we are four weeks into it and she is getting many different caregivers still. She is sitting in urine for a long time this way.

My loved one has dementia, so I took note of everything the caregiver taught us so I could work with him later. It was all great. They gave us two extra weeks for the rehab, and we learned so much from that. My loved one was shuffling in his different pair of shoes I got him. When the head guy came in to close the account, he gave us those two extra weeks. Those two weeks, we had a lady who taught us so much about walking and using different muscles and walking heel to toe. I call them God send.

The individual caregiver is very young and they don't really know how to do things. She could be prepared to help with scrubbing the patients back when they take a shower, doing dishes, and learning how to massage feet or shoulders. She just doesn't have any clue how to do these things. I think that the caregivers are not trained well. When they come, they have a hard time doing things. Simple chores like dishes aren't even done well.

Their staff is very compassionate. There's a minimum of one year of work experience in a nursing home and I like that. They write logs, which is very helpful for us to see what the caregivers have experienced. We always know which caregivers will be there. They email us to tell us who will be there on any given day. It's good to have another set of watchful eyes.

I would refer someone to SYNERGY HomeCare. We went through three caregivers to begin with. The first three were terrible. The fourth one, whom we only had for two visits, was wonderful and a very mature woman. SYNERGY HomeCare made it easier for me. I didn't have to clean the house becuase the caregivers did that, so I could take care of my wife.

We hired Synergy of Chelsea for my mother who is 86 . They have the most wonderful and caring staff who truly are in the right line of work for themselves as you can feel and see the passion in them for doing this type of work, it is a good fit. The staff also is there for someone like me the daughter of someone they are caring for to support me and make me feel like I am not alone regarding decisions that need to be made or even for running something by them just to get their opinion of maybe a way to approach it or an experience they might have had while caring for others that worked well. They are kind, considerate and quick to get you answers to questions they don't have the answers too immediately. All of the staff is courteous, efficient and oh so caring. I am thrilled that they are caring for my mother, she is happy and feels so well cared for and so we her children (I have 3 siblings) are all very happy with the care she receives.

I think that Synergy Home Care is an excellent choice for someone who would like to live independently in the privacy of their own home or who is looking for an independent friend or family member who would like to live independently in the privacy of their own home also. Synergy Home Care provides an array of supportive services and assistance to their clients and to their clients' family members as well. They provide personal care services, companionship, assist individuals with their activities of daily living as needed. Their caregivers run errands for their clients and transportation services to medical appointments, and shopping. They provide care for a diversified ethnic group of individuals of all age groups as well. In addition to they offer their clients a nurturing environment as well. In addition to their sevices are provided to many of the Metropolitan Detroit and other surrounding counties in Michigan as well. They also provide their clients with therapist to encourage their clients overall mental and physical health care needs that is necessary for them and their individual plans of care. They also encourage their clients to use their most maximum strengths of independence that their clients possibly can. They also plan meals and prepare meals and housekeeping services for their clients as well. In addition to a variety of many other supportive services and assistance that is needed for their clients comfortable homey living life styles in the privacy of their own homes. In general, I would rank Synergy Home Care on a five stars rating for their excellence in home care providers and assistance.
