They were prepared to change the diapers and so forth. When the one that came at night, they needed to be prepared to actually stay awake. I think she fell asleep as soon as she came into the doors. There was a variation between the people that came. Rita was outstanding. The last person that was here at night, was far less outstanding. I came in a coupe of times and I saw that she was sleeping. He must have passed away previously because his face was cold and she was sleeping. When they came to pick up the body, she continued to go in and out of sleep. When someone is scheduled for a night time shift, they should have been prepared.

They could have a greater impact by spending more time here and getting to know the client better, but that's up to us to schedule more stuff with the agency. During the one session we have had, the caregiver learned more about the client and the client's needs. We really haven't had that much experience with them yet. I am not sure what the agency needs to improve on yet because I would to have need more experience. They have only been out here once so far. The one experience we had was fine and the person who came out was excellent.
