We have been using Family & Nursing Care for years now, for my dad who has dementia. We could not be more thrilled with the care; ALL of the caregivers have been fantastic. They not only do all the things we hoped they would do, but they go above and beyond. Our dad is thriving from the positive human interaction, and seems so happy. They are also both happy to communicate with my brother and me on a regular basis, which we so appreciate. Not only are the caregivers wonderful, but the whole process has been such a positive experience. It seems like everyone who works at FNC is fantastic. We are so grateful for Family & Nursing Care!

Organization was very responsive. We had 24-hour care and our regular caregivers were usually outstanding. When there was someone who wasn't a match for my father or who just wasn't up to our standards, we could always request (and get) a change. Our caregivers became family. My only concerns were that it was expensive (but Dad was certainly worth it as was our peace-of-mind) and I don't think the expense trickled down sufficiently to our caregivers.

Caregivers fail to show up, without any notice. Why am I paying exorbitant prices when I have to care for my own parent This place is awful. At least call me, you are supposed to be managing your employees.

Family and Nursing Care is fantastic. Their administrative, nursing and home care aides are responsive, caring, consistently professional, and competent. I was referred to the agency by hospice when my father was at end of life in August, and currently they are providing 24 hour care for my elderly mother. Caregivers are warm and well-trained and responsible. They’re backed up by nurses and schedulers who help me coordinate changes as my mom’s condition changes and, importantly, support their aides. They work hard to provide consistency, which is so important for both my mom and me. And I am NEVER worried that my mom is not receiving high quality care. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We currently have Family & Nursing Care, Inc. for my father. They help him with showering, getting his breakfast and lunch, help him with dressing, and provide companionship. The caregiver I have now is very good, very caring, very responsible, and responsive. They have a hotline you can call any time, and somebody will get back to you. I'm absolutely satisfied with them.

Wonderful caregiver and terrific assistance from the staff. They helped with our insurance questions. I would definitely use them again.

This agency offered our family incredibly responsive, responsible support in dealing with end-of-life care for our mother. The care-givers exceeded expectations, and provided loving companionship and careful medical attention. I recommend this agency enthusiastically and without reservation. My mother was living alone and independently and lived out of state. We could not have managed the last few months of her illness with their superb assistance.

Family and Nursing care are OK, and they have a variety of qualified people; we have been using them for two months now. It's a pretty good experience, and the caregivers are fine. My sister doesn't have any discomfort about the management and billing as she does that aspect.
