I can't manage without them. By being there all the time when I need something, they help me. They stay with me overnight so when I get up during the night they helped me, they help me with breakfast and getting dressed in the morning. They are helpful, prompt, and do what I need. I like them a lot.

I would like my previous caregiver to care for me again. They can't keep the consistency of the caregivers.

They helped with the shower, some made breakfast, helped with laundry, and made my bed. I didn't have to fuss with their schedule, it was set up for me and someone came every day, except for the one who wasn't prepared, I liked having them in the house with me.

I reach out to the agency so they can take me to doctor's appointments. The agency is very flexible. Any time they send someone, they are very nice, and friendly, and I'm always welcome.

They took good care of him. Most of the people were with my dad and involved with him. They seem to be caring. I wasn't with him all the time since he was in an assisted living facility.

The caregivers are present for four hours with my wife and assist me when I need to run errands. They are convenient, available, and approachable.

He is a little particular. He would prefer to have the same person every time. He wasn't comfortable with the younger caregiver. He was disappointed that the person who did the intake interview wasn't his caregiver. They seem to be responsive when you call. They keep the schedule.

They have been polite. In the beginning there was an issue with consistency, but they are currently working on that.
