There's a lot of good stuff that can be said about Bailah Homecare, but the main things is their easy to work with. even with special requests they can accommodate. great customer service!

The agent that Bailah Homecare sent over took her work seriously, but also made an effort to connect with my mother on a human level. She engaged with her, asking questions about her past and how she liked things done around the house. She provided care in more than one way, which I think is very important.

Without the help we get from Bailah, we would have moved my father out of his beloved home in Potomac in to an assisted living facility. It took only 1 call and a visit with the owner for us to realize that in home assistance was the best option for us. So grateful to Charisma and her amazing nurses.

Hired Bailah Homecare to look after me elderly mother. Due to her condition, she can be a handful at times, but the caregivers have been exceptionally patient with her. They must be either well trained, well paid, naturally empathetic or all of the above. We can easily reach the management at any time of the day or night.

Bailah home care has been in-charge of taking care of my maternal grandmother and she has greatly improved she is better receptive to taking her medicine and overall happier now! The nurses are nice and kind and take such good care of her!
